It matters not where you are…

                                                   
                                    It matters only where you want to be...

      My life has been a colorful experience to say the least.  I was on my own at fifteen years of age and began to make my way in the world.  I had many experiences during those early years, and was homeless at times.  I would work odd jobs to get by, and even slept in the LA airport for months at a time.  Flying north to Alaska when I was seventeen years old, I worked in a salmon cannery, then went on to become a King Crab fisherman.  Some of you have perhaps seen the “Deadliest Catch” TV show on the Discovery Channel.  The show depicts the harsh lives of crab fishermen on the Bering Sea.  This was my life for two seasons of fishing in the early 80’s.

       I worked at all sorts of jobs; bartender, landscaper, sales; the list goes on and on. After training as a method actor, I had my own talent agency for a period of time, and did some small acting gigs.  Nothing really kept my interest.  And yet something was out there for me. I just knew it.  As a matter of fact, when I begin to look back and see how I got from there to here, I can see that the Universe was giving me signs all along!

      I remember one of those signs at the age of six years old.  I was driving with my parents in the VW bus that we had at that time, and I had this incredible moment of Source connection and Spiritual Truth come through me.  A knowingness, which is like a feeling and a thought combined, told me that I could “pull” from thin air all that I needed to know.  At six years old I had a sense that important knowledge came from some place beyond the physical world. 

     That’s right, all I ever really needed to know I could just access from some invisible place.  Well, that thought really didn’t mean a whole lot at that moment, except to give me hope.  Hope felt like relief because I seemed to feel somewhat clumsy in the “normal world” where things had to be learned.  It wasn’t until many years later that I realized it was a piece of the great puzzle that the Universe was beginning to show me.  Then I began to see how things really worked!

                                   Born Again…

    
      Back in the mid 90’s I became ill.  I had been traveling and spending time in Asia when I became very sick.  My lifestyle and lack of conscious connection to God Source created a contrasting experience, which I refer to as my Awakening.  I was so ill I didn’t think that I was going to make it back to the United States.  I really thought that I was going to die. I began to die.  I needed to die.  I needed to die in order to live again.  I needed to live again in a new way, in a new fashion.  You might even say “born again.”

          The road to wellness need not be long if you are ready.

     Well, as you probably guessed I did make it back to the USA and then I began my road to recovery.  I was not well.  I was not in bed twenty-four hours of the day, but I was unable to hold a job.  Most of my free time when I did have work went to resting and sleeping.  My brain seemed to be foggy most of the time and I was miserable.  This went on for about two years with little or no change.  I’d been to many doctors and none of them really knew what was wrong with me.  Some said that I had chronic fatigue, perhaps fibromyalgia, and I was diagnosed with ADHD.  I didn’t know it at the time but according to author Doreen Virtue, Ph.D., this meant, “Attention Dialed into a Higher Dimension.” This was what was happening, but the medical doctors who diagnosed me basically said that they didn’t know what was wrong with me.

     Then one day it all began to happen.  I was sitting on the couch and decided that I must do something.  I was not going to live this way any longer.  This was one of those profound points in one’s life.  It was one of those defining moments that changes lives.  I decided to get well.  I realized that the doctors couldn’t help me.  I realized that if I was to get well I needed to be the one to figure it out.  I needed to find out how to cure myself.  And at that moment I began to align with the God Source energy that is here within each and every one of us.

      Within a week’s time I had what I now know to be a spontaneous Kundalini awakening.  During this spiritual event, I blacked out and saw silver lightening shoot up my back.

     When I regained consciousness, moments, perhaps just a fraction of a second latter, I was a full-blown clairvoyant psychic.  Soon I discovered I had other “gifts” as well.  I would get these impressions of others that turned out to be true.  I began to communicate with a Spirit Being that began to teach me how to heal with energy. This story of my awakening is amazing.  The stories that accompanied the process of my awakening over the next few years are as fascinating as they are varied.

                  Random acts or Law of Attraction…

      The point here is that I found the alignment that began the healing process.  I found the alignment that brought me, back to me.  I was aligning with health and well being.  I was tapping into the Law of Attraction.  I had not heard of the Law of Attraction at that time.  You don’t need to know of it to tap into it.  It is a law that we are all subject to, at all times.  No exceptions...
Wouldn’t you like to use it for your benefit? Wouldn’t you like to learn how to harness this incredible energy and use it in your life?  Well you can!  I did!

     I began a journey of healing that would span many years and be filled with many, many different and varied experiences.  Some experiences were great, some mundane and some were just not so nice at all.

      I began to become interested in alternative types of healing.  More specifically, energy work and light work.  I worked with a few different “energy workers” during this period which ran for about 2-3 years.  I had some of the most amazing and metaphysical types of experiences that anyone could imagine. 

     One of the most interesting things that would happen for long periods at a time would be that I’d have these seemingly synchronistic events happen, with no rhyme or reason to explain them.  Sometimes synchronistic events happened all day long, everyday, for a week or more.  I would think of something, or I was being told something, and then I’d see it out in the world, or I’d read it in a book I had randomly picked up at some bookstore.  These happenings went on and on for long periods.  I began to notice that it seemed as though I was being taught something.  The Universe or someone was trying to teach me something.  I was beginning to learn.

     I thought at moments, that perhaps I was crazy and that this was some sort of psychosis.  It seemed every time I had this thought something would happen, sometimes in a matter of moments to prove that it was real.  I remember one day walking out on the outcropping of land in Bodega BayCalifornia, where I was living at the time, and having this thought that the Kundalini energies I had been experiencing were not real.  Just as I was thinking this, I took a step and a snake was right under my foot slithering away.  The snake or serpent is the main symbol depicting Kundalini energies.  I never had a snake under my foot before or since!  This is a fine example of Law of Attraction in full force. It is also, to me at least, a form of guidance, a sign, that the Universe can be very humorous.

     This sort of thing went on very powerfully for a period of 2-3 years.  It never really stopped.  Even now I always pay attention to the signs the universe is giving me.  I guess I now believe and don’t question them.  As a matter of fact, they work with me the same way a motorist reads the street signs.  This is a wonderful way to “see” where your vibrational offering is.

     I began a healing practice during this time of self-healing.  I had lots of energies coming through me and felt compelled to share them.  I could “see” what was wrong with people and could help bring balance to them.  I had some “miracle” healings happen as well.

     Cancer tumors disappeared in a few cases, and in other healings, maybe not as serious, but just as seemingly miraculous was the recovery.  I began to experience Divine Interventions.  I became fascinated by these events.  When I tried to “make them happen” they would not.  It was as if they only happened by accident.  I started to notice that something subtle happened when these “miracles” were present.  I was not as present.  I was not “trying” to force an effect.  I began to notice that when I allowed something else to happen and I got out of the way, something great did happen.

      Then I began to notice another factor involved in this experience.  It was intention.

 Intention was a funny thing for me at first.  You see, intention is something more subtle than what I was used to.  Intention comes more from the heart-spirit, than from the head and ego.  Dr. Wayne Dyer states in his book, The Power of Intention, that intention is an energetic field that we tap into. 

     What I began to learn was that intention, combined with allowance, gave me an ability to do something that I was not able to do before.  Now at first, I couldn’t do all of this on purpose.  It would almost seem to happen by accident or by mistake.  Then somehow I’d get out of the way… and Presto!  Something would happen.  I also began to see a pattern of how the person felt about what was going on with them at the time of the healings.  You would be surprised at how many people are attached to their illnesses.  It started to become very evident that many people had an “investment” in why they were not well.  Somehow it was a payoff for them to remain unwell, to remain out of balance.  Somewhere in their experience they were not ready to give it up.

         Here’s a great Law of Attraction story and a small miracle as well.

     Meet Ed (not his real name).  Ed had a tumor, actually three, in his brain.  Ed was going to the doctors at one of the greatest medical institutions in the USA, perhaps one of the most recognized in the world.  The doctors had found these tumors and had scheduled brain surgery for Ed.  Needless to say, Ed was not happy.  Now the funny thing about Ed was that he was always having something going on with him.  He was HIV positive and thought for years that he was dying.  He moved out to the West Coast to die, but the years passed and he didn’t die.  He was told that he might even live for a long while.  Then he had another and then another illness, and knowing that HIV does weaken the body’s natural defenses, this was not unheard of.  Well, I knew of Ed through a mutual friend and was moved by Spirit to offer him a healing session.  He accepted.  When he got to the house for the session he was nervous, not having had a session like this before.  The energies were high as we prepared.  I had him lay on the healing table and began to lay my hands on his head, as guided by Spirit.  My whole body became very hot as the energy came through.  The session lasted about one hour.  About a week later he was going in for the brain surgery and they did a scan and the tumors were gone.  The doctors could not believe it.  They wanted to run many tests on him to see what could have happened.  They did, and really found no reason why the tumors would have disappeared.

     When I saw Ed he was extremely happy about this and told me he believed that it was from the healing session that we had done.  I believed something did happen.  It was then that I got a very strong message from Spirit.  Spirit told me that Ed needed to look at why he had the cancer in the first place, or there was a good chance that it would come back. Ed really didn’t want to hear this, as a matter of fact I really didn’t see much of him after that and heard months later that he had cancer again in a different part of his body.  I never heard anymore about Ed.

      While it might seem like a really amazing feat to have tumors disappear, it really is not as amazing as you might think.  People dissolve illnesses all of the time.  The point of the story is that somewhere in Ed’s vibrational field he held the vibration that allowed cancer in.  I now believe that it had something to do with lack of self-love.  Most cancer is the absence of love.  In that vibrational offering to the Universe he was going to continue to create that illness until he passed from the physical or changed his vibrational offering to the Universe.  As I sit here writing this I realize what a great teacher Ed was to me.  I hope he can be to you as well.

           Miracles are just God Source waiting to be seen…

     I live a fairly simple life these days.  I have a comfortable life with my partner, Sharyn.  We really like our life.  We live in Sedona Arizona and have beautiful views of the red rocks that we see every day. There is so much to appreciate living here.  There is wildlife around our house and they all have pet names.  Both of us work from the home.  In essence, we wait quietly for God to be present with us.  We see evidence of this every day.  We will have something happen in our lives, perhaps something that might seem mundane to others, but to us it has a quality of God in it.  We seek these happenings; as a matter of fact we live our life looking for these moments. They are very precious to us and a priority in our lives. 

     Most often the miracle is already within us.  Most often you are the living miracle. You are that which you are looking for in this case. We live in the vibrational knowing-ness that God-Source is present.  We live in the vibrational knowing-ness that miracles are part of normal day-to-day life.  That doesn’t diminish the miracle, it enhances life!

      Ask yourself, “What is your vibration attracting to you today?”  Are you ready for miracles, or are you set in another frequency?
